*COVID-19 UPDATE*

Masks are optional when entering my Studio, but I ask that you please use your best judgment. If you are feeling unwell, please notify me within 24 hours, and I will gladly reschedule your appointment.

*GENTLE REMINDER*

Brow Chick is not a child friendly Studio. I kindly ask you to please attend your appointment alone. My goal is to provide you with a relaxing and welcoming space to enjoy. The treatments I perform require my full undivided attention and is not a suitable space for children to roam. Thank you for your understanding.

*CANCELLATION POLICY*

I require a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you will be unable to make your appointment to avoid my cancellation fee. In the event that you do not show for your scheduled appointment or cancel your appointment beyond the 24 hour window of time, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service price.

My appointment grace period is 10 minutes.

If you arrive 10 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment, it will automatically be canceled, and you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service.
